Operation Full Muster is a pilot program of US Vet Connect Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit veterans organization founded in 2020 and headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada. We exist for one purpose — to find, empower, and inspire the veterans who have been left behind. Not the veterans who need a hand up. The ones who have fallen so far that they can no longer ask for help themselves. The ones sleeping on sidewalks in Los Angeles, lost to severe mental illness and addiction, invisible to a system that was built to serve them.

Operation Full Muster deploys licensed private investigators to locate and document homeless veterans in crisis. Working within the framework of the VA's Project Safe Harbor guardianship pilot program, we build the legal and medical case to bring these veterans into the care they have earned and deserve. Every step of the process is bound by HIPAA, the Privacy Act of 1974, and a mandatory Ethics and Human Rights Oath sworn by every member of our team. We do not cut corners. We do not take shortcuts. We do the hard, unglamorous work that no one else is willing to do — because these veterans are worth it.

For too long, homeless veterans have been used as statistics, political talking points, and fundraising photographs. Operation Full Muster refuses to participate in that cycle. We are not here to raise awareness. We are here to produce verifiable rescues — documented, audited, and publicly transparent through AI-powered financial tracking so every donor knows exactly where their support goes. Launching July 4, 2026 in Los Angeles County, this pilot program is the proof of concept that will change how America treats its forgotten heroes. Find them. Empower them.
